Sleepy Baby Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Sleepy Baby. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 30-days return policy with a money-back guarantee.

 

How to Start a Return:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To begin, email us at admin@sleepybaby.com with your order number and reason for return. If approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without approval will not be accepted so that we can keep track when mailed to us.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note, your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If it has been more than 5 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at admin@sleepybaby.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom products
  • Used or opened personal care items

Exchanges

If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order. This ensures the fastest processing and delivery.

EU/International Customers

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
